My Ability to Heal || Cross Stitch PDF Pattern
“I love and appreciate my ability to heal!l”
Our physical bodies are in one of two states at any given time: a state of healing or a state of declining health. There is no balanced or fully healed state. We are always somewhere on the spectrum, either getting better or worse. This means that even if you are at a very low point health-wise, you can choose to be in a state of healing and take steps towards greater health, even if those are baby steps and barely perceptible.
It’s hard not to be frustrated sometimes, especially when symptoms disrupt your life. But you can keep reminding your body that you are in a state of healing, and one day, you’ll notice the difference! Remember to appreciate all that your body is currently doing for you.
Stitching mantras help to visually remind you to shift your perspective to your current abundance in all things and to focus on happiness. While saying or stitching them is not in itself magical, the mindset you choose to put yourself in while focusing on your mantra IS.
